Assignment Submission Policy

Learners are required to complete the assignment questions as part of their assessment for availing the Certificate. Learners must answer all the questions in an assignment and submit to Studyhub for evaluation. 

Here are the rules for submitting an assignment: 

  1. Your assignment must have a Cover Page containing: 
    • The course title 
    • Your full name 
    • Your Email ID
    • Your contact number 
  1. The total word count of the total assignment must be within 1000 to 3000 words.  
  2. The answers of the assignment must be written by you using your own words. Copying from the course materials and the web is strictly prohibited and can result in failing the assessment. 
  3. All assignments must be submitted in MS Word file. The following main format is required for all assignments: 
    • Heading ————Font Style: Arial Black; Size: 12pt 
    • Body Text ———-Font Style: Arial; Size 10pt 
    • Paragraph———-1.5 Line Spacing. 

Additional formatting may be at the discretion of the learner. 

  1. All assignments must be submitted to the specific unit of the course. 
  2. No assignment will be accepted and evaluated if it does not comply with the above rules.

3. Elucidate on the different types of managerial skills. (8)

4. Trace out & analyse the factors that stand for “The Four Cs” to determine a high-performing team. (10)

5. Identify the basic rules of motivating people. Give a brief note on the 50:50 rule. What can you do to get the best from people? (6+3+5=14)

6. What is talent management? Point out the benefits of talent management. Analyse the stages of the talent management process. (1+6+8=15)

7. Define work-related stress. Identify the problems that can give rise to stress at work. (2+6=8)

8. Give a brief note on succession planning. Elucidate on the process of succession planning. (2+8=10)

9. Point out the signs of a good listener. Elucidate on the elements of a good & effective presentation skill. (5+8=13)

10. Give an account of the phases of negotiation. (8)

11. Define change management. Point out the benefits of change management. Elucidate on the change management process. (2+5+8=15)

12. What is a time audit? Point out the things you need to ensure improving the use of time? Which steps can you follow to improve your time management in the office? (2+5+7=14)
